Hearing the buzzing of electrical devices that are driving you nuts but other’s cannot hear them because your ears have been heightened and you can literally hear common energy frequencies other people can’t.
Sudden & multiple rises and falls in body temperature within minutes by 2-5 degrees in my observation.
Then the vast majority of the rest of the chapters go through Job’s psychological state of mind through the attack.
